4 x 1 hour private online Psychic Medium sessions
These sessions provide:

8 x 30 minute group Breathwork & Laughing Yoga sessions ( via Zoom)
Held twice per week, these sessions support;:

These group sessions are not mediumship- based. They exists to support the body and nervous system so your overall experience feels balanced and contained.
